Two Journal Co-editors oversee the production of Ethnomusicology Forum, the official BFE journal, coordinating peer review, liaising with authors, reviewers and the press, coordinating the work of the editorial team, and ensuring the excellence of the publication. It is usual for one of the Co-editors to take up a position as a member of the BFE Executive Committee to facilitate communication between the editorial team and the Committee and to lead or otherwise contribute to the discussion of new initiatives that relate to the journal.
